Charles Rivers Laboratories has 90 facilities in 20 countries and employs over 20,000 people, all of them dedicated to the torture of animals for profit. They not only experiment on several species of animals themselves, but they also breed, import, and transport animals to other vivisection labs to be tortured. As all vivisectors do, they lie and claim their purpose is to help humans with scientific discoveries through animal experimentation. They know as well as we do that experiments on animals cannot be extrapolated to humans and that their entire company is built on nothing but heinous acts inflicted on animals.
Charles Rivers is the second largest importer of animals for the purpose of vivisection, kidnapping thousands of macaque monkeys from the wild in Southeast Asia every year. Because of a crackdown on illegal wildlife smuggling, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service ordered 1,000 of these kidnapped monkeys to be sent back to Cambodia. PETA managed to put a hold on the order and Born Free USA has offered sanctuary to all of the monkeys. We urgently need your help in convincing the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service to allow the monkeys to be sent to a sanctuary instead of back to their kidnappers where they will face further suffering and death at the hands of vivisectors.

Please continue to do good work by sending these monkeys to a sanctuary where they will be safe and live normal lives.
